Diego Innocenzi
is organist and choir master of the evangelic churches of Vandœuvres and Saint-Gervais in Geneva. In January 2011 he has been appointed titu- lar organist of the Van den Heuvel organ of the Victoria-Hall in Geneva. Since September 2013 he is teaching organ at the Conservatory of Geneva.

Since some years he has researched on historic interpretation of 19th and early 20th century sacred music and organ music. Therefore he is regularly invited to give master classes in Europe and the United States. His musicological investigations have led him to several CD recordings on the Aeolus label: the complete vocal music with organ and motets composed by César Franck in two volumes in cooperation with Les Solistes-de-Lyon- Bernard Tétu (Aeolus AE-10013 and AE-10033), a double SACD with unpublished organ works by Edouard Batiste (AE-10073) as well as the present anthology of sacred music by Théodore Dubois.

In order to renew with the form of the organ concert and the concert of sacred music he orga- nises the Autumn Festival at Vandœuvres dedicated to chamber music with organ (since November 2002) and liturgical services with choral music and cantatas, performances combining contemporary dance and organ (Pasos-Passacaglia, 2008), organ marathons on the occasion of the Fêtes de la Musique of Geneva in 2008 and 2010, a Psalm Festival within the scope of Calvin-09 (2009) as well as The Nights of Saint-Gervais, combining organ music and video projection (2009).
