Claudia Nauheim
After obtaining a diploma for teaching recorder with Michael Form, Claudia Nauheim studied historical performance practice at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis with Conrad Steinmann.

It was here that she dedicated herself intensively to the study of musical notation, particularly of the Middle Ages, including the Ars Subtilior with Karin Paulsmeier, along with historical improvisation with Richard Erig. Since this time, her own particular interests lie in the period arrangement, especially the Italian diminution. Masterclasses with Walter van Hauwe and Pedro Memelsdorff among others. Claudia Nauheim has already performed under the direction of Joshua Rifkin, Michael Hofstetter, at Basel Theatre, the "Wiesbadener Maifestspiele" and the "Festival Europäischer Kirchenmusik Schwäbisch-Gmünd". Recordings for radio. Since 2005 she teaches historical notation practice at the "Hochschule für Musik und Theater Leipzig".
