The Trier Cathedral Vocal Ensemble is an integral part of Trier Cathedral Music, but works on a project basis.
It is made up of members of all choirs at Trier Cathedral. They are joined by alumni, most of whom are now studying music. In the recent past, the ensemble has made appearances with highly acclaimed complete performances of J.S. Bach's Christmas Oratorio. The performance of Bach's Mass in B minor in 2023 with Concerto Köln as a partner was described by the press as ‘breathtakingly brilliant’.
